During the research phase, we conducted interviews with Nowo's current users and discovered that they highly valued witnessing their money's growth and its future worth.
We emphasized this aspect prominently in the redesigned experience. We made sure that the user understood intuitively that by saving e.g. 260SEK this week, that would end up being worth 1562SEK by retirement based on historical data from the Nowo fund. Now that’s a 🥕if I’ve ever seen one!
We added an array of saving methods to encourage saving, such as Daily saves, Salary saves, Percentage of purchase saves etc. These new ways of saving in combination with enhanced customer communication led to increased trust by adopting a more personal and relatable tone. We devised a novel communication approach, serving as a tool to ensure savers felt acknowledged, understood, and valued, all with a touch of humor.
